ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS.

On December 4, 2015 Schlumberger Technology Corporation (“Schlumberger”) and its affiliate, Sophia Com B.V. (“Sophia”), informed the Company that they were giving to the Company the required 90 days’ advance written notice to terminate without cause the respective Software License and Distribution Agreements dated January 1, 2013, between such companies and the Company under which the Company licensed to Schlumberger and Sophia its Aurora Designer and associated components.

In the fiscal year ended October 31, 2015 the Company received approximately $400,000 in revenue from the two agreements.
