On July 31, 2025, LPL Financial Holdings Inc. (collectively with its subsidiaries, the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months ended June 30, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished with this Form 8-K and attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
