Mr. Sallee, age 45, will continue in his current position as Managing Director of the Adviser. As discussed in greater detail in the proxy statement for the Company’s 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, prior to his appointment as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Sallee served in a number of other roles for the Adviser since 2005.SIGNATURE
