Item 8.01. Other Events.

On February 3, 2026, Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.23 per share, payable in U.S. dollars, on the Company’s common stock. The regular quarterly dividend will be paid on April 10, 2026, to shareholders of record on March 27, 2026.
