Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On March 5, 2026, the Board of Directors of Iridium Communications Inc. (the “Company”) declared a cash dividend on the Company’s common stock of $0.15 per share. The dividend is payable on March 31, 2026, to stockholders of record as of March 16, 2026.
