On October 9, 2025, OrthoPediatrics Corp. (the "Company”) issued a press release announcing its preliminary unaudited net revenue for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025, revised financial guidance for the year ending December 31, 2025, and provided business updates. The press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
