On November 5, 2025, Zevra Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Zevra" or "the Company"), issued a press release announcing its financial results and corporate updates for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025, as well as information regarding a conference call and audio webcast to discuss its financial results and corporate updates scheduled for Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. ET. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
