On March 13th and March 14th, 2012 Blackwater Midstream Corp.’s (the “Company”) management made a presentation (the “Presentation”) in London and Manchester, England UK to a group of the Company’s current investors, brokers and other attendees regarding the Company’s updated business plan, current operations, current outlook, and potential future expansion plans, future operational projections, and potential future financial results.
