(b) On September 8, 2016, Ms. Robin Marino resigned as a director of Hampshire Group, Inc. (the “Company”) to devote time to her personal business interests. Ms. Marino’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
