This report on Form 4/A is filed to reflect that, by written agreement between the Reporting Person and the Issuer dated November 8, 2017 and pursuant to the approval of the board of directors on August 3, 2017, the Issuer amended the terms of these shares and removed the condition of continued service of the Reporting Person for release of the shares, and accordingly the shares were released from escrow to the Reporting Person.
