Other Events.

On January 17, 2018, Bear State Financial, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors authorized a $0.03 cash dividend per share to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 1, 2018 and payable on February 15, 2018. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, and is incorporated by reference herein.
