Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officer.

On April 2, 2019, the Board of Directors appointed Christi Hing, currently the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, to also serve as the Company’s principal executive officer while the Company seeks to fill the chief executive officer role resulting from the previously disclosed resignation of Marcus Jundt effective March 31, 2019.
