- [F2]In various Form 4 reports for the reporting person filed in the past there were inadvertent administrative errors in calculations made in the number of shares reported in Column 5 of Table I. During the period of the erroneous filings of the Form 4 reports the Company undertook to file the Section 16 reports for the reporting person. As a result of these inadvertent administrative errors, and based upon information provided by the reporting person, this Form 4 reflects the correct ownership at the end of the reporting period, which correct number of shares beneficially owned by the reporting person in this Form 4 report reflects a reduction in the number of shares reported as beneficially owned by the reporting person by 140,260 shares. The Company is conducting a review to determine the source of the discrepancy.
