Item 5.02 - Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On July 15, 2019 (US Time), Zita Peach resigned as a Director of AirXpanders, Inc. (the “Company” or “AirXpanders”), effective immediately. There were no disagreements between Ms. Peach and the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices that resulted in his resignation.
