Although inadvertent, this sale was matchable under Section 16(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, to the extent of 1,190 shares, with the reporting person's acquisition of 2,488 shares of common stock at a price of $13.89 per share on August 18, 2020. The reporting person has paid $8,913.10 to BFST, representing the full amount of the profit deemed to have been realized in connection with the short-swing transaction.
