- [F2]Represents performance shares previously granted pursuant to the VineBrook Homes Trust, Inc. 2023 Long Term Incentive Plan for the performance period commencing on January 1, 2023 and ending on December 21, 2023. Such performance shares were earned based on the determination of the Compensation Committee as to the satisfaction of the applicable performance metrics. The performance share awards vested one-fourth on January 1, 2025 and will vest one-fourth on January 1, 2026, one-fourth on January 1, 2027 and one-fourth on January 1, 2028. Settlement will generally occur within 10 days of vesting and may at the discretion of the Compensation Committee be settled in cash.
