Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 5, 2025, Escalade, Incorporated ("Escalade") issued the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 announcing financial information regarding Escalade's first quarter results for 2025.

On May 2, 2025, the Board of Directors of Escalade approved a quarterly dividend of fifteen cents $0.15 per share would be paid to all shareholders of record on July 7, 2025 and disbursed on July 14, 2025.
