Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On August 6, 2025, Chatham Lodging Trust issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the three months ended June 30, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
