Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On September 17, 2025, ICF International, Inc. (the “Company”) announced it will release its third quarter 2025 earnings results after the market closes on Thursday, October 30, 2025. The Company plans to host a webcast call at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time on Thursday, October 30, 2025, to discuss its financial results for the quarter. The press release containing this announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
