On November 21, 2025 cbdMD, Inc. issued a press release announcing its preliminary net revenues for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended September 30, 2025 together with certain other operating data for those periods. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
