What Happened

• Teucrium Trading, LLC (the Sponsor) filed an 8-K on August 31, 2026 announcing that the Teucrium Wheat Fund (a series of Teucrium Commodity Trust) may, effective immediately, choose to invest in KC Hard Red Winter Wheat futures (CBOT-listed) and Hard Red Spring Wheat futures (MGEX-listed).
• The Fund’s investment objective, Benchmark and Benchmark Component Futures Contracts remain unchanged; under normal conditions the Fund will continue to use its Benchmark Component Futures Contracts and cash equivalents.
