The press release was issued byto ~~First~~announce ~~Trust~~that ~~Advisors~~(i) ~~L.P.~~the toBoard ~~report~~of ~~that~~Trustees onof ~~November~~the ~~18,~~Fund ~~2020,~~has approved the ~~Securitized~~liquidation ~~Products Group~~and termination of ~~FTA~~the Fund on December 15, ~~portfolio~~2021 ~~manager~~(the ~~for~~“Termination Date”), and (ii) the Fund, ~~will~~has ~~release~~entered into an ~~update~~agreement onwith First Trust Advisors L.P. (“FTA”) whereby FTA has agreed to waive the ~~market~~management ~~and~~fee payable by the Fund for the period beginning September 1, 2021 through the Termination Date. ~~Details~~Further details regarding the ~~update~~ termination and fee waiver are contained in the press release included herein.
