Birdbill, Inc. (the "Company") filed a Certificate of Amendment with the Nevada Secretary of State to amend the capitalization section of its Articles of Incorporation. The Certificate of Amendment was processed and deemed effective by the Nevada Secretary of State on May 16, 2016.
