Mr. Wedbush is the President of Wedbush Morgan Securities. Wedbush, Inc. owns all of the Shares of Wedbush Morgan Securities. Accordingly, Mr. Wedbush may be deemed the beneficial owner of the Issuer's Shares owned by Wedbush, Inc. Mr. Wedbush disclaims, however, for purposes of Section 16, beneficial ownership of such securities, except to the extent of his indirect pecuniary interest therein.
