Item 8.01 Other Events.

On February 8, 2013, Alamo Energy Corp. (the “Registrant”) entered into a fifth amendment to the Additional Shares Agreement dated April 12, 2011 with Range Kentucky LLC (“Range”) pursuant to which the Registrant and Range agreed to extend the amount of time in which Range must provide notice of their election to adjust the per share price of the shares received pursuant to the Membership Interest Purchase Agreement dated April 12, 2011 from 420 calendar days to 510 calendar days.
