Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On August 6, 2025, Sunrun Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. In the press release, the Company also announced that it would be holding a conference call on August 6, 2025 to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.
