Item 8.01 Other Events.

The Company’s consulting contract with Nate’s Food Co. has been extended through March 31, 2015.

On November 7, 2014, the Company’s officer toured the factory where Nate’s Food Co. products are being manufactured. The Company has recommended that the Nate’s Food Co. sell its product in 10oz cans in addition to the current 20 oz cans. This was based on the idea of provide a lower cost point for people to try the product but also to allow Nate’s Food Co. to sell and market a variety pack that contains additional flavors or products.
