Effective February ~~4th~~11th, 2021, ~~Utilicraft~~A ~~Aerospace~~meeting ~~Industries,~~of ~~Inc. is working on updating~~ the ~~filings~~Board ~~and~~of ~~moving~~Directors ~~towards~~was aheld ~~U.S.~~to ~~Reporting:~~accept ~~SEC Reporting current information status, and OTCBB “Current Status”. We will be submitting~~ the ~~past~~resignation ~~two~~of ~~form~~Richard ~~10k’s~~Kilchesky ~~and~~as ~~the~~President, ~~form~~CEO, ~~10-Q~~ and ~~believe~~Chairman ~~this~~of ~~will bring~~ the ~~company~~Board ~~back~~of ~~to current status~~Directors. The company has begun the steps to redomicile to Wyoming from Nevada which should be completed in the next two weeks. We are excited to be bringing the company back to a current status and start generating revenues to help increase shareholder value.

2Effective February 11th, 2021, Utilicraft Aerospace Industries, Inc. has appointed Edward Vakser as the new President, CEO, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Corporate Secretary, and Treasurer. Mr. Vakser is excited to get Utilicraft Aerospace Industries, Inc. current, and to start generating revenue and increasing shareholder value.
