Current Report

Item 8.01 Other Events.

On November 23, 2021, the Company received certified documents from the Government of the Philippines confirming the formation on November 19, 2021 of our wholly owned subsidiary, World Agri Minerals Inc. We anticipate that the majority of our ongoing operations will be conducted by and through World Agri Minerals Inc.
