Item 8.01. Other Events.

On January 14, 2022, Healthcare Solutions Management Group, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that although, to date, the Company has been unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for fiscal year ended September 30, 2021 (the “Annual Report”) due to the ongoing impacts of COVID-19, the Company expects to file the Annual Report within the next week.
