Item 8.01 Other Events.

On May 19, 2023, iCoreConnect, Inc. (the “Company”) determined to cancel the special meeting of stockholders, scheduled for May 19, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (the “Special Meeting”), which was called for the purpose of considering a proposal to approve the Merger Agreement and Plan of Reorganization, dated as of January 5, 2023 by and between the Company, FG Merger Corp., a Delaware corporation, and FG Merger Sub Inc. The Company will announce the date of the rescheduled Special Meeting once the date is determined.
