Item 4.01 Changes in Registrant's Certifying Accountant

On August 30, 2023 the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors (the “Audit Committee”) of Kinetic Group Inc (the “Company”) approved the appointment of Victor Mokuolu, CPA PLLC, to serve as the Company’s independent auditor. BGM Consulting LLC located in Houston Texas will continue as the Company’s accounting firm.
