Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory arrangements of Certain Officers

Kristofer Heaton resigned from the positions of Vice President of Finance and Principal Financial Officer of United Health Products effective on June 12, 2025, citing consideration of personal and professional factors.

The Company is seeking and will consider suitable candidates to replace Mr. Heaton in these positions. In the interim, United Health Products’ Chief Executive Officer, Brian Thom, will act as the Company’s principal financial officer.
