Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement

SYNRGY Corp. (SNGY), formerly Yaboo, Inc., (YBIN) announced today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Synrgy Corp. a Maryland corporation. Closing date expected June 18, 2019.
