Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Conditions.

Vishay Precision Group, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release on May 6, 2025 announcing results for the first quarter of fiscal 2025. The Company will hold a conference call at 9:00 a.m. Eastern time on May 6, 2025 to discuss its results for the first quarter of fiscal 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and shall not be deemed to be “filed” for any purpose.
