In addition, the original Form 4 mistakenly reported the acquisition of 7,825 shares of common stock. This transaction, which represented the vesting of 7,825 shares of restricted stock, was not a reportable event. The acquisition of those shares was reflected on a Form 4 previously filed by the reporting person.
