In August 2012, the Reporting Person exercised 7,500 stock options. Prior to 2013, the expiration date for the remaining 42,500 stock options was subsequently extended from August 24, 2012 to December 31, 2012 and then to June 30, 2013. On May 1, 2013, the expiration date of these options was extended to December 31, 2013.
