- [F1]The Reporting Person was issued 50,000 stock options as compensation for serving on the Issuer's Board of Directors on August 24, 2006. In December 2009, the Reporting Person exercised 25,000 stock options for which a Form 4 was filed. Prior to 2013, the expiration date for the remaining 25,000 stock options was subsequently extended from August 24, 2012 to December 31, 2012 and then to June 30, 2013. On May 1, 2013, the expiration date of these options was extended to December 31, 2013.
