On April 13, 2016, the Reporting Person was granted a five-year option to purchase 10,000 shares of the Issuer's common stock ("Common Stock") at an exercise price of $2.68 per share pursuant to the Equity Incentive Plan. The option shall vest in 1/3 increments over a three year period commencing on the date the Issuer receives shareholder approval of the Equity Incentive Plan.
