On September 19, 2017, Rod Jardine notified Digiliti Money Group, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign from the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”), due to personal reasons. At the time of his resignation, Mr. Jardine was a member of the Audit Committee.
