Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

As previously disclosed in the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by Mr. Amazing Loans Corporation (the “Company”) with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 4, 2018, Carla Cholewinski was terminated from her position as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer of the Company, effective September 28, 2018. On September 13, 2018, the Company accelerated Ms. Cholewinski’s termination date to September 13, 2018. Accordingly, Ms. Cholewinski ceased to be the Company’s Chief Operating Officer on September 13, 2018.
