Changes in Registrant’s Certifying Accountant.

Engagement of New Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm

On September 25, 2018, the Board of Directors of Mr. Amazing Loans Corporation (the “Company”) appointed Berkower LLC (“Berkower”) as the Company’s new independent registered accounting firm. During the Company’s two most recent fiscal years and through September 25, 2018, neither the Company nor anyone acting on the Company’s behalf consulted Berkower with respect to any of the matters or reportable events set forth in Item 304(a)(2)(i) and (ii) of Regulation S-K.

As previously reported by the Company in its Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 11, 2018, the sole director of the Company terminated the engagement of Rose Snyder & Jacobs LLP (“RSJ”) as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm, effective as of September 5, 2018.
