Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Upon the execution and filing of the Assignment for the benefit of Creditors by the Company on November 19. 2018 with the Monmouth County Clerk, Freehold NJ, the Board cease to exist, and the following Board of Directors have been terminated henceforth.
