Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On August 1, 2019, I.D. Systems, Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release regarding financial results for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2019. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
