Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 28, 2019, Liberated Solutions, Inc., doing business as Ngen Technologies USA Corp, issued a press release announcing that it has received a follow up order confirmation of 950,000 units of its 3D film and module chipsets for 3D viewing without glasses for HD TVs. The order, with a scheduled delivery date of December 10, 2019, is expected to result in additional revenues for this delivery of over $50,000,000 for the fourth quarter of 2019.
