Novelty Capital, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Novelty Capital"), is the sole member of SGPLLC and GPLLC and acts as investment advisor to NCSLP and NCPLP. Jonathon Skeels is the managing partner of Novelty Capital, and as such Mr. Skeels may be deemed to beneficially own the securities owned by NCSLP and NCPLP.
