Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year

On June 24, 2022, the Board of Directors of Exsular Financial Group Inc., (the “Company”) adopted a resolution to change the Company’s fiscal year end from December 31 to June 30, effective immediately as of the date of the board resolution.
