- [F1]The Reporting Person's previously filed Form 4 inadvertently (i) understated the number of shares of common stock of Sonim Technologies, Inc. (the "Issuer") disclosed in Columns 4 and 5 by 8,109 shares due to a mathematical error in the calculation of the value of shares for the purpose of issuance and (ii) incorrectly described the vesting schedule of issued restricted stock units (the "RSUs"). The RSUs vest in three equal annual installments on the anniversary date on which the Reporting Person was appointed as a director of the Issuer's board, subject to continuous service on each vesting date. This Form 4 corrects the above-described errors by increasing the number of shares and the total amount of securities beneficially owned by the Reporting Person.
