Item 4.01 Change in Registrant’s Certifying Accountant.

On November 15, 2022, Frazier & Deeter, LLC (“F&D”) resigned as the independent auditors of Credex Corporation (“Credex” or the “Company”). The Company’s board of directors accepted F&D’s termination on November 15, 2022.

During the fiscal years ended December 31, 2021 and 2020 and the subsequent interim period through the date of this Current Report on Form 8-K, no audit opinion, neither written nor oral, was provided to the Company by F&D regarding the Company’s financial statements.

Furthermore, during the fiscal years ended December 31, 2021 and 2020 and the subsequent interim period through the date of this Current Report on Form 8-K, there were no: (1) disagreements with F&D on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedures, which disagreements, if not resolved to their satisfaction, would have caused them to make reference in connection with their opinion to the subject matter of the disagreement, or (2) reportable events under Item 304(a)(1)(v) of Regulation S-K.

The Company provided F&D with a copy of the foregoing disclosure and requested F&D to furnish the Company with a letter addressed to the Securities and Exchange Commission stating whether it agrees with the statements made therein.

On November 15, 2022, the Board of Directors of the Company has directed management to seek a new independent registered public accounting firm for the Company.
