Item 5.02 Resignation of Directors

On March 30, 2023, Yaniv Aharon resigned as a director of Creations, Inc. (the “Company”). As recently disclosed in the Current Report on Form 8-k dated March 22, 2023, Mr. Aharon agreed to resign as a director of the Company in connection with the sale of Yetsira Holdings, a subsidiary of the Company to a group led by Aharon. In connection with the pending transaction, Mr.Aharon tendered his resignation.
